RecallMate Account Deletion
This page lets you request deletion of your RecallMate server account and account-related data.
If you can access the app:
Open RecallMate and go to Settings > Account > Delete account. This is the fastest path for a signed-in account.
If you can no longer access the app
Submit this request form. RecallMate stores a hashed email and masked email for deletion request handling. The raw email address is not stored in the server deletion request table.
What happens next
RecallMate will review the request and delete or anonymize account data associated with the account, except where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal, billing, or abuse-prevention reasons.
